Is there a minimum order? Can I book just one person?
The short answer
There is no minimum headcount: we quote for a single person and for a single shift. One thing is fixed, a four-hour minimum billing per person. That isn't agency policy but arithmetic: the daily public charge falls due in full even under four hours, and a two-hour call-out doesn't repay the worker's travel either.
Why that is
Single-person bookings are more common than you'd think: a day on reception, an exhibition stand, welcoming a client meeting. We send the same vetted, briefed colleague for those as we would within a fifty-person crew.
For a regular, small-headcount need it's worth looking at the partner arrangement: there we price against a monthly volume rather than per occasion, and the same few people come back already knowing the venue.
