How fast can you staff my event?
Within 24 hours in urgent cases. For bigger headcounts 3-5 days is comfortable, but we've staffed next-day festivals too.
Is there a minimum order?
Nothing set in stone: we take on anything from a single shift to a months-long placement.
How does billing work?
Hourly rates with a proper VAT invoice. Discounted packages for ongoing partners.
What languages does the team speak?
Hungarian and English as standard, plus 12+ languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish and more.
What if someone drops out?
We plan with reserves: in case of illness or cancellation we replace the person within hours.
Do you work outside Budapest?
Yes, all across the country, and the region is no problem either: Vienna, Bratislava, Graz.
