How much more do weekend or holiday staff cost?
The short answer
A weekend adds 20%, a public holiday 75%, and a night shift between 22:00 and 06:00 adds 30%. These are wage-based surcharges, so on a fully managed booking they appear in the hourly rate, while on the coordination track you pay them directly to the worker and our fee is unchanged.
Why that is
The multipliers compound: a night shift on a public holiday carries both. By contrast, the urgency surcharge, rare languages and venues outside Budapest are not wage premiums but reflect how hard the role is to fill, so they move our fee on both tracks.
It moves downward too: 5% off above six people, 8% above eleven, 12% above twenty-one, and a further 7% for multi-day bookings with the same crew.
