What does it actually cost?
This calculator works out both routes: employing the worker directly yourself, and having us do it. The formulas sit on 2026 NAV figures, and the sources are listed below. No sign-up, and the answer is yours even if you don't choose us.
If you are the employer
155,200 HUF
- Worker wage
- 92,800 HUF
- EFO public charge
- 19,200 HUF
- Our coordination fee
- 43,200 HUF
You register and pay the worker. We handle the coordination.
If we are the employer
201,600 HUF
- Hourly rate, all in
- 6,300 HUF/hour
- Total
- 201,600 HUF
One hourly rate, one invoice. Wage, public charge and admin included.
Employing directly keeps 46,400 HUF with you, 23% less. In exchange you carry the registration, the payroll, the employer liability and tracking the statutory day limits.
An indicative estimate from the inputs above, in net amounts. The final price comes in an itemised quote. The public charge and the minimum wage both change every January.
How it calculates
- The wage comes from the market band for the type of work.
- The EFO public charge is a daily item per worker, not hourly: it falls due regardless of shift length.
- Weekend, holiday and night premiums land on the wage; urgency, rare languages and regional venues land on the coordination fee.
- The volume discount starts above six people and grows with headcount.
- The four-hour minimum exists because the daily charge is payable in full even under four hours.
