Can I ask for a casting and see who's coming?
The short answer
Yes. In the Professional and Partner packages casting is part of the process as standard: we present several candidates and you choose. The Essential package has no casting, because there the job is about reliability rather than presentation. You can request casting on Essential at any time, in which case Professional pricing applies.
Why that is
Casting adds real value when the person represents your brand: an exhibition stand, a gala, protocol duty, a campaign. At a registration desk or cloakroom it's rarely warranted, and the result depends more on the quality of the briefing.
What casting doesn't solve: if the dress code, the task and the language requirement aren't specified in advance, even a chosen person will show up different from what you pictured. Casting supplements preparation; it doesn't replace it.
