Definition
EFO registration is the mandatory administrative step of simplified employment, filed with the tax authority before work begins.
In practice
The order matters and isn't a formality: it has to happen before work starts and cannot be filed retrospectively. It's the most common inspection point, and the obligation sits with the employer. If the agency is the employer, registration is its job; if the client is, it's theirs, and the contract should say so unambiguously.
