What this means in District X
Hungexpo gives District X a different requirement: not one day but three to five days of continuous stand presence with daily rotation. A six to nine square metre stand needs two people at once so there's cover and it never stands empty while colleagues eat or take a meeting.
Build and strike are their own phases with their own windows: fairs run strict access schedules, and strike usually has a short fixed slot after closing. The most common mistake is leaving strike to the day's stand staff, who by then have worked their hours.
