Definition
Staff leasing is an employment model where the worker is employed by the agency but performs work at the client's site.
In practice
In Hungary temporary agency work is a licensed activity regulated by the Labour Code. For the client the advantage is not having to take people onto their own payroll, and being able to flex headcount with the workload.
