Roughly one per 15-20 guests for tray service, one per 30-40 for a buffet. We work out the exact number with you from the menu and venue.
Do they bring their own uniform?
Yes, white shirt, black trousers and an apron as standard. If your venue has its own uniform, they'll wear that instead.
Do you have German speakers?
Yes, automotive and Austrian connections mean we can supply German speakers.
