What this looks like locally
Waterfront weddings, beach clubs and hotels make waitstaff and bar staff the most sought-after.
Tray service, buffet, bar work, cocktails: we send people who have already worked a 300-cover dinner, not just read about it.
Around Balaton the season compresses into a few weeks: from June to late August most weekends are booked and the same pool works the whole shore. Whoever books in spring isn't searching in summer.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can you supply waitstaff & bar in Siófok and Lake Balaton?
Typically within 72 hours. For larger headcounts 3-5 days is comfortable, because then we can cast the team to the job.
How many waiters do I need for a wedding?
Roughly one per 15-20 guests for tray service, one per 30-40 for a buffet. We work out the exact number with you from the menu and venue.
Do they bring their own uniform?
Yes, white shirt, black trousers and an apron as standard. If your venue has its own uniform, they'll wear that instead.
When should I book for a summer Balaton event?
4-6 weeks for a July or August weekend, because in season capacity is the constraint rather than price.
